Willoughby Wallace Mem Library

What a cozy, comfortable and serene spot near the Thimble Islands. The larger than expected art gallery featured paintings by 2 artists, Salt Water Dialogue. Perfect. The reading room was very inviting.

Charming little library, very clean and well organized. They have a friends of the library book sale in the lobby, right now an art installation in a separate room and comfortable, quiet spaces to read.

We love this little gem. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. They have excellent programs for young kids. It’s located right next to a fun playground you can walk a block to after you visit the library. Another option is to walk to the small beach or one of the little shops/restaurants (check hours because the off season and in-season hours differ).

Went for Children's Program. My granddaughters loved it. Will definitely be back. So much fun
