Thimble Islands Bed & Breakfast

Our stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary was wonderful. Instead of feeling like guests, it felt more like being welcomed into Julie and Tony’s beautifully kept home. Each area of the B&B is thoughtfully decorated, with just as much care given to the outdoor spaces. The private setting is breathtaking, with stunning views of the Thimble Islands.||On our first evening, Julie and Tony invited us to relax with wine and a cheese platter. Each morning they prepared an incredible homemade breakfast, with fresh fruit, fantastic coffee, and water views. ||We loved that you can easily walk into the charming Stony Creek village, or get on the nature trail. It was a wonderful trip from start to finish.

Just like Home ….. but Better!! My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the home of Anthony and Julie. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The whole house resonates peace and tranquility- perfect for a recharge or relaxation. We received such a warm welcome from Julie and Tony and they go out of their way to make your stay amazing and, above all, comfortable. The water views from our suite and through out the property are absolutely breath-taking. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast each morning on the patio overlooking the water. Tony and Julie thank you for making our special get-a-way such a great memorable experience. We will certainly be back.

Went for a girls' weekend with a friend and had a wonderful time. Julie and Tony are fantastic hosts and delightful to speak with. They made us breakfast to order every morning, and it was delicious. The property is right on the water with walking trails nearby and serene surroundings. It's the perfect getaway.

We just got back from a truly amazing week-end at this charming Bed and Breakfast in Branford, CT. Julie and Tony were incredibly warm and friendly and made us feel really comfortable in their home. They welcomed us with wine and cheese on their beautiful porch with a gorgeous views of the water and the Thimble Islands. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious offering a range of choices from pancakes and french toast to creative omelettes. Julie and Tony kindly offered great suggestions on how best to spend our stay in this quaint town. We will definitely be back!

You'll have no regrets staying at the Thimble Islands B&B. It is located in the quaint community of Stony Creek just outside of New Haven. The location bids you to unwind, unplug, and relax. The hosts, Julie & Tony, are truly amazing and make you feel like both royalty and family, all at the same time. They truly have mastered the art of hospitality! Make sure to get tips from the hosts on where to go and what to do - they were so helpful! A quick 20-30 minute drive and you can discover several "Hallmark" towns to stroll, sip coffee at a cafe, shop, and dine in historic and excellent restaurants. The rooms at the B&B are well-appointed and extremely comfortable. Waking up to the sight of the Thimble Islands and Long Island Sound, having breakfast on the patio and then wine & charcu
