Will is an old US Army 10th Mountain guy who decided to operate a turkey and cupcake truck that will change the way you think about BBQ. That wonderful aroma from that truck will draw you in! A super nice gentleman prepared a surprise lunch plate for my husband. Tender turkey , creamy mac-n-cheese, crisp slaw and some sinful cupcakes. Everything was delicious. Will’s Strictly Turkey was a great find! I will definitely be back.

I visited Will's Strictly Turkey truck today. First things first, he was super nice and had the greatest customer service. I drove from Goldsboro, and it was worth the drive. My husband had a turkey leg, it was delicious the chopped turkey, was yummy, and last but not least we both had a cupcake, needless to say, I'm hooked..lol. If you're looking for good food, and great customer service...go see him, you won't be disappointed.

Turkey BBQ and chili is great. The chili was especially good on our snow day. He goes beyond the call of duty to meet the needs of his customers.

The food is amazing, the prices are great and Mr. Will is a delight he goes above and beyond for his customers. If you haven't tried his turkey bbq you are definitely missing out!!!!
