Wildflour Sourdough has a mobile truck, goes to different locations & posts their calendar online. I bought 3 loaves, pricing was great. *bonus the loaves aren't dusted in flour on the outside prior to baking, so gluten-sensitve ppl that can have sourdough-this is a great option* I tried all 3 loaves at home (all delicious, golden crust outside, soft inside) froze them to see how they'd do, so far the loaf I've thawed is wonderful. Will be buying again!
