MilkShake Factory Pleasant Grove

There were tons of great options for shakes. We tried the cookie brownie fudge and cookie dough fudge milkshakes and both were yummy and creamy! Definitely an elevated, gourmet shake. Atmosphere is conducive to having conversations and the staff were so kind and friendly. They whipped up our shakes so fast!

Delicious shakes. Excellent service. Lots of flavors and you can make your own too. They offer non dairy as well for lactose intolerance. Delicious chocolates and brownies as well. Lots of places to sit. This was so good especially during the over 100 degree weather. So worth it. I recommend. Cheers!

Delicious Shakes & Great Vibes! The MilkShake Factory is a gem! We ordered the Strawberry Milkshake, Mint Chip Milkshake, and Chocolatier Milkshake—and all three were absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the shop has a clean, fun atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a treat. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for something sweet and satisfying!

I’m 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was a root beer float, tonight they used completely different ice cream than they normally do. More of a soft serve type. When I asked the employee about it she said it’s the same ice cream it’s just from the tub they use for sundaes. Why would I want sundae ice cream for my root beer float? Worst root beer float I’ve ever had. Instantly melted and that’s frustrating because if she would have used the ice cream they normally do I wouldn’t be complaining!
