Kitchen staff is the same nice crew, but the food absolutely went down hill! I wondered into the Wilderness inn to get lunch and no more burgers, fries, chili, or good food in general. The restaurants are packed on base at lunch & the Wilderness Inn is full of soldiers choking down nasty food(fish, chicken, vegetables). Obviously Pete Hegseth plan isnt working & the soldiers hate the food. I paid $7 for a chicken& mayo sandwich with vegetables & thin wheat bread. I asked soldiers what happened and they said, " they dont go to the Wilderness inn for lunch or dinner. The Army has horrible food now!!!!

One of the best dining facilities I been to in a while. The service members are nice. There are a good variety of choices as far as sides to choose from. The pairs are great and they also have a smoothie bar! The sitting area is spacious and clean. I wouldn't mind eating here again.

Pretty cool dfac, the staff were nice and the food was a step up from normal dfac food. The atmosphere is trying to embrace the alsaken landscape so I cant complain

Lunch is the best time to go. Best DFAC on base and you get so much for the price. It’s worth stopping by if you work on base. They have themed days and the food is packed with flavor! I am never disappointed with all of the choices.

Weather the food is overcooked or undercooked is a coin flip, objectively speaking its healthy and decent if you stay away from the fried crap, would be better if they had edible chicken breast to switch out with the fish once in a while, salad bar is good but that doesn’t give our fighting force protein to stay in shape. Up the meat game and this place would be great
