Garbage Terrible Disgusting Just a few of the many words I’d use to refer to this graze diner in Brookfield zoo. I’ve been coming here on a family plan for so many years and this experience was by far the most disgusting and gross I’ve ever had. All high chairs are broken so I can’t buckle my child in securely. Half the kiosks to pay are broken. No cash allowed. My membership I get a discount with magically never works here unless I make a huge deal which is never worth it. Done. 0/5 if I could. No thankyou will never get food here again and tbh with the way the whole park is going might just be done. Thanks but not thanks

Wild Burger (Brookfield Zoo) is the BEST place to eat at Brookfield Zoo! The burgers and hot dogs are great and reasonably priced (for the zoo).

Decided to hit up wild burger while at Brookfield zoo. Was highly disappointed in the burgers. They were over cooked and terrible. Service was "if you don't like the condiments you can take them off." Was a bit upset at how expensive the burgers were and they were awful. Would not recommend. Wish we had just waited and gone to McDonald's, would have save money and got better quality food. 😔

My hotdog was very good and the fries would definitely be the reason to go back. I have never eaten fries like those.

I went here on 10/5/2024. I ordered a simple hot dog and burger meal. After 20 minutes of waiting in their small waiting area, I began to look around at the food prep line they had. I understand it was a busy Saturday but noticed that not just one but a majority of their staff had rubber gloves on for food safety and prep. They would then start to grab pagers from customers as they turned them in with their gloves still on. Then the employees would continue to prep food with the same gloves and grab raw food out of the freezer by hand with again the same gloves. The employees would continue this process of prepping food by hand, grabbing pagers/touching items around the kitchen with the same gloves, and grabbing raw food from the freezer for prep with the same gloves.
