Whole Hog Café

Food was great, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The different sauces were awesome and the #3 was on point, great flavor with a little kick. Baked beans were really flavorful, the cheese corn was pretty interesting in a good way. The Pork Loin was my favorite and I'll definitely get it again when we come through this area. Highly recommend!

It's my 2nd time here. They were out of burnt ends. Tuesdays... that's when we went... is BOGO, Buy one get one half off. You can tell by my pic the BBQ is good. Southern Rock music playing in the background, and a college basketball game on the TV. There was a dog in a truck in the parking lot... waiting for his doggy bag. Service was professional and friendly.

This place was great from the second we walked through the door! The lady greeted us, was super nice, wasn't rude when we took extra time figuring out the sides we wanted. 10 outta 10 customer service! Now the best part, the food was AMAZING!! We got our food to go because we were short on time but I got out to the car and the food smelled so good that I had to try it right then and take pictures! 🤣🤣. It did not disappoint at all!! I tried a piece of the half slab of ribs and told my son, let's go back inside and tell the lady how great the food is! We did just that! The catfish was so good, the fries were great, the sauce had the right amount of sweetness and spice. Everything was great!! I would drive from Kansas City to Springfield just to come back here! This place is amazing and reasonably priced! We came on a Saturday for lunch. The lovely lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. We had the lunch specials. One pulled pork sandwich, fried okra and potatoe salad. Pulled chicken sandwich, home fries and cheesy corn. Very flavorful and juicy! When we are back in Springfield, we will come back!

Great food came early this place it more self service but still great...the different BBQ options was a nice touch and yes I tried them all lol....
