Whit's Frozen Custard of Mount Vernon

We have been buying kids hot fudge sundaes paying extra for two shots of hot fudge at the MV location for the last three years. Depending on the staff on duty, we never get two full shots. When we buy the same sundae at the Granville store, we always get good service and what we pay for. I guess the solution is to drive to Granville from now on.

I give 3 stars because the custard is amazing but the customer service I got today wasn't good. I won't pay before I get served again! The last didn't deserve my tip because she didn't listen to me and wouldn't fix it, I asked for a vanilla cone with sprinkles and she gives it to me in a cup, I then tell her I asked for a cone and she gives me one to put on top! It's not the same to me.

Great little Custard shop. Hands down, best place to go in town on a hot day. Service is always fast, and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Love the fact that you can buy it straight from the freezer and bring some home. Location can be somewhat fusterating to get in and out of if you aren't able to hit the light and aren't going or coming from a specific direction. Nonetheless, very much worth the possible hassle.

We've been here a few times. They have always had a dairy free option that my wife loves. The service has been great and then Frozen Custard has been delicious.

We got to Whit’s in Mount Vernon 15 minutes before closing—lights on, staff scrubbing like they were racing the clock. My partner ordered the CoolCoffee custard with macadamia nuts, I got the Knoxalicious also with macadamia nuts. Well, we took one bite and realized... surprise! It was walnuts. Only walnuts. Everywhere. We both searched like archaeologists for even one macadamia. Nothing. Just a symphony of walnuts.
