Flappers Bar and Grille

Not from the area. Was starving. Food was Horrible. Overpriced. Soggy fries. Weird "beef/lamb" meat flaps for the gyro. Burger no taste. Onion rings awesome. The woman with the green hair seemed like a robot.. no connection with customers unless you seemed to be a regular.... she didn't give a feeling of "welcome" kinda just "I'm doing my job and that's to throw food on your table and count money in the drawer" we left there feeling like we already has stomach problems. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This place is obviously a local favorite. It has a down to earth bar & grill vibe, full bar and drink options, and a solid menu of bar food. The night I went there was a live band. The service was great; friendly bar staff, good suggestions. They were very attentive to all of the customers. My drinks were strong and well mixed. The food was decent. I ordered their signature burger and fries. The burger was just okay; it tasted like a frozen burger patty that was cooked and served. It was drowned in their snow sauce (a garlic aioli), but even the sauce couldn’t really rescue the bland burger. The handcut fries were barely seasoned. I had to add a preposterous amount of salt and pepper. Overall this place is a great option if you’re looking for a fun bar & grill vibe.

My husband had the wings. He loved the flavoring (mild). I had the folded club. Its your normal club ingredients but on naan bread with fries. It was great. The waitress was friendly and kind. You could tell that this establishment is a go to place for thr locals. It kind of reminded me of the series Cheers with the friendly conversation and people welcoming those that entered the bar and grille.

Food was great. We both had burgers. Hubs had fries which he loved and I had a greek salad that was very good. You can sub in any salad for a $2.50 upcharge. Server was friendly. Will stop in again if were ever that way.

Ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich. Was brought to me with no bbq and looked undercooked. I asked for bbq then she charged me and extra dollar for the small cup of sauce when I was supposed to have it on my sandwich originally. Won’t be coming back
