Customer Reviews
This was our first time trying Whit’s Frozen Custard and, honestly, it’ll probably be our last. The two girls working were really nice and friendly, and the custard itself was actually very good – creamy and tasty, no complaints there. The downside is everything else. Prices are very high for what you get. One scoop of ice cream in a waffle bowl came out to $7.31 with tax, which feels like a lot for a basic dessert. The food was even more disappointing: we ordered two chicken paninis that had very little chicken and were served on cheap white bread, and they just didn’t taste that great cost $22. We went on a Saturday and were literally the only ones there, and now it makes sense to us why it wasn’t busy. Great custard, nice staff, but the food quality and pricing make it hard to want to c
My wife & I just tried it here & loved it! I had the Whitser Smoky Mountain Gem, which is Hot Fudge, Hot Caramel, and Pecans. It was delicious! My wife had a peppermint ice cream sandwich & she really enjoyed it. We will definitely be returning to try their lunch items!
Our frozen custard tasted not so fresh tonight. We couldn’t figure out why the taste was so peculiar, but we think it is from the topping being kept in Tupperware. I had pecans and my husband had Spanish peanuts. They both tasted like 100% Tupperware. I’d suggest switching to metal or plastic containers! Giving stars because the staff was friendly and it was clean, but we made a drive for our date night and are throwing these away unfortunately.
Always love to come in and bring my family! The staff are always friendly and amazing and the custard is 10/10 love this cute local spot.
I bought a giant drumstick that was covered in chocolate and nuts. It was so yummy! The cone was homemade and huge too. The price was $7.50 for it and it was worth it
