Just the sweetest people baking the best bread. Their rainbow bagels and pizza dough are my particular favorites. But even more than how delicious their goods are, I personally love their dedication to the local community and always feel good supporting this small business. Highly recommend!

I’ve been supporting SoKno Sourdough since the very beginning and they are seriously the best in the business! I’ve never had a sourdough that compares. The bread is always fresh, baked to perfection, and thoughtfully crafted using local ingredients when they can. Stephanie, the owner, has made her bread accessible to purchase from other local businesses across town so no one is left empty handed. Spread the bread! My favorite? How do I choose one style. My go-to is the classic salty flaked focaccia that I eat as a “handheld focaccia” and then there’s the focaccia-gems. Those tiny bites are to die for! I rate my experience a solid 10/10 every time.

Best bread around. We typically order a couple times a month. The pizza dough is amazing, the bagels are amazing, the English muffins are amazing, well it’s all really good! The owner is pretty great too! Lucky to have this local maker here 💗
