White Spot Cafe

The White Spot Cafe!! Haven't been here in a while, but I should more often. Small pleasant diner style setup, open kitchen and freah ingredients. I had the Bacon Cheddar Jalapeños Omlet with freah Mushrooms and diced Reindeer Sausage added!! Home fries were a nice diced variety which just the right crunch and tenderness, toast is nice with melty butter Quick service pleasant atmosphere will have to try lunchtime next!! Oh picked up a brownie and was tempted by the pie next to it!

Great old school AK vibes, amazing food, better service. Burger patty was juicy, the sandwich as a whole was very flavorful and the blue cheese was perfectly melted and not too overpowering. Onion rings were fresh and crispy, and I don’t know what sauce they serve with it, but it’s amazing. 10/10 for sure. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

I got the reindeer hash and my husband got the country fried steak. Both were huge portions and were delicious!! We went back another day for lunch and got the Halibut sandwich (I definitely recommend ).Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Anchorage!

What a great diner! Really good food in a traditional American diner setting. My wife had the chicken fried steak and the gravy was so good! I had the halibut sandwich - very solid. The fries are obviously had cut and were plentiful and perfect. If I lived in Anchorage, I’d eat here often.

Stopped in today for quick bite and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We had the halibut burger and bacon jalapeno popper grilled cheese, both were top notch! Our waitress was so attentive and had the best attitude! We even met the owners and they were so kind and accommodating! First time in and it definitely won't be the last, excited to try out the breakfast next time!
