White Castle

I had a great experience at this White Castle! I ordered the #1 meal with a side of chicken rings, and everything was served hot and fresh. The service was excellent—my cashier, Mark, was very polite and we had a nice small conversation about the upcoming Christmas holiday while I was checking out. It’s always a pleasure to get great food paired with such friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!

Went inside there was no wait. The food was nice fresh and hot. You better go up in there and get you some of these white castles burgers get you a double cheeseburger with extra onions and pickles. Get that ketchup in that mustard.

I waited 30 minutes in line for a simple 20 burger crave case. Was told that there was only three employees that showed up for work. Then the manager was only approved to give me a medium soft drink for my inconvance. Smh

If I could give a negative I would. Whoever owns this should reconsider the night staff. I have gotten we’re only taking DoorDash orders or it will be 10 minutes for the burgers coming fresh off the grill. Got the burgers they were cold. .Dude never game me my change also. Never going back.
