Which Wich

This location is in a gas station but there is some seating. Sandwiches were okay. I did like the ability to customize them but I've definitely had better for the price, however, I can't complain too much because when we went to checkout they said our order had been paid when we hadn't even tapped our card yet.... We insisted we hadn't paid and it said on our receipt had been paid via online... We didn't order online and have actually never eaten at a Wich Wich. We had the clerk look closer at it after we verified nothing had came through on our card and they were just like well someone paid for it... I felt bad leaving without them charging our card and I hope someone else who placed possibly an online order doesn't come in and their food isn't paid for...

The food is good- there's no denying that. However, the customer service is atrociously slow, non-friendly, and today they failed to make a sandwich I paid for and ordered via the app. I was crunched for time and couldn't stick around. The only thing I ate was the loss of money I paid. This is my third experience with this particular store, and each one has been more frustrating than the last. Again- the food is great. But good luck enjoying the process of getting it. Do better, Which Wich.

The lady that was making the sandwiches made the wrong size and had an attitude about it. She tossed the wrong sandwich on the back counter. Then she never apologized for it. The new girl was very sweet she apologized for the mix up. I have worked fast food and her attitude needs adjusting

Staff was 5/5! Friendly and outgoing but the food was horrible compared to the last time I had which wich... Granted it was many years ago... But it tasted like the quality was worse than subway. I got a sandwich about a week ago with fries and a drink. The fries were overly salty and were small. The sandwich was super poor quality meat and Incredibly Soggy. Tasted like a gallon of water was poured on it. As for the drink I was disappointed they didnt have the special mtn dew vibe that is usually served at these locations. Wasted trip. But again staff was super nice.

This was our first visit to any Which Which. We stopped in on a weeknight around seven, very convenient location to the interstate. We like the ability to customize your sandwich. They have a very helpful and friendly staff.
