Whats the Scoop Ice Cream Cafe

I went here with my aunt, two cousins, and my sister. My sister ordered a small Kahlua Almond Amaretto on a cone, my aunt ordered a Caramel Praline Turtle, one of my cousins got a kid's size Vanilla, the other cousin got a kid's Dairy-Free Blueberry Pancake, and I ordered a small Dairy-Free Blueberry Pancake. The staff was friendly, attentive, and great. This place tends to get busy, although the line moves fast. There is no indoor seating at this location, the seating is outside. The area does get packed. It is a pet-friendly area, which is good. Overall, a nice ambiance. My aunt did feel it was more on the pricier side which is why I deducted a star. The great thing is everyone enjoyed the ice cream, we just wish the ice cream was homemade.

We got the ice cream nachos to share and honestly could be shared between 3-4 people! For 5 people ordering, the order cost $23 and was so reasonable! Staff was super friendly, great ice cream and great atmosphere. Really cute local gem to stop at!

My family and I arrived at Slyvan Beach today. We were full from lunch still but wanted a sweet treat. We first stopped at a candy store thinking they had ice cream there. They didn't sell any ice cream but they told us about What's the Scoop. We walked down a little ways and ran right into it. It was busy! So many people out enjoying the night and their sweet treats. There were a good amount of tables to sit at. I appreciate the big umbrellas! You can enjoy your cold treat without the hot sun beating down on you. There were big menu boards and lists of ice cream available. There are so many options! There's ice cream, Dole Whip, milk shakes, sundaes. So many goodies to pick from. Awesome little Ice Cream place with outdoor seating. Reflectively close to the water and across the road from a nice little park where they had some live music happening at the time.

They have 7 people "working" inside and a 30 minute wait to get your order. Not sure how that works exactly. But if you're willing to wait, they have Perrys ice cream. So there's that. Oh and order a small, since the large is the same size.
