They say all politics is local. My experience is that all Whataburgers are local. I have been to several throughout North Texas and the Houston area and this is my favorite by far. It is clean. The staff is courteous, and the food promptly served with consistent quality.
Food was pretty mid. The soda machine had a horrible ratio of syrup to water, so the drinks weren't good. The cashier was nice but someone bumped past me when they were running food and didn't say anything..
Sick and tired of something always missing or messed up. Charging all that money for sauces you better REMEMBER TO PUT IT IN THERE. Absolutely sick of it. Not to mention the food sometimes just being blatantly old. Taking all that time to making me wait to make the food and you cant give me fresh food? And it isn't just me. While waiting for the order 2 other people came in to complain about their orders being messed up. Unbelievable that you mess up THIS MUCH and THIS CONSISTENTLY.
Very nice and clean location, better than the one in gainesville for sure and foods always fresh everytime we go. 4 stars because not enough parking and so many drive thru spaces taking additional parking even though the lobby isn't full somehow the lot is full of cars
First of all my food was wrong. i paid for a double bacon burger, no bacon and 1 dry patty. Keep in mind it wasn’t even busy on the inside and about 6 cars in the drive through. Girl opens the window and tells me a price completely different from what she told me over the speaker. She was talking so fast like her life depended on it, didn’t even get a receipt. after 15 minutes i finally get my food she opened the window threw my bag in my face and slammed it shut. still ended up having to knock on the window to get my receipt because she didn’t even give me a second to ask a question. Everyone was acting in a panic, there is no reason to be in a panic if you’re not even busy only if you’re consistently having to fix the orders you got wrong. also don’t be talking crap about what customers
