Whataburger

I had a great experience at Whataburger! The food was hot, fresh, and made exactly how I ordered it. The service was quick and the staff was friendly and professional. You can really tell that General Manager Quincey Hayes runs a great team — everything was organized, clean, and efficient. It’s always nice to see strong leadership making a difference. I’ll definitely be back!

So, I think we can all agree that everything has gone up in price, and not everyone can afford to go out to eat, so when we can we at least expect that the service and food will be good, so it was a simple order, yet she got it wrong and looking at our receipt they charged us for other food we didn't order or get , but we live in Victoria so we were just passing through, so either they don't pay any attention to the order or they Don't know how to read, idk but the food was horrible the burgers were cols and mushy the fries were also cold and old, and idk what the deal is but everytime I go to any whataburger , they put like 4 cubes of ice in our drinks, and some of them say they are out of ice, I'm like are you kidding me?? Out of ice ?? So i feel like maybe better t

....sloppy service of what I can only imagine was the 'B' team of employees. Ordered on the app . No problem. At the drive through I was greeted by 'oh, the order with a strange name'... didn't bother me, the account is registered under my email which is just a scramble of letters if u don't know their meaning. The food was waiting for me at the window & someone was pouring the drink. And I was back on the road. The fries were awful. Every one was soggy & barely warm and they provided regular ketchup when I always specify spicy. Then the drink which was supposed to be 50/50 unsweetened tea & lemonade, was made with sweet tea. Absolute favorite fast-food spot! The Patty Melt is always on point. The staff was super friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. A true Texas staple!

I went drove thru drive thru, ordered 3 meals, and specifically asked for light mustard and spicy and regular ketchup. Salt and pepper as well. It’s not the first time I asked because in the past they didn’t do what I asked. Well I get home and they only put 2 reg ketchups which I ordered 3 meals, No salt and pepper, few napkins and the burgers were soggy due to too much mustard and the fries were old I called and some young guy answered and said Hello? I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. I didn’t believe him because first of all he answered Hello?
