Whataburger

Was greeted by three or four staff members as I walked up to look at the menu. Everyone was extremely nice. I had not been to a Whataburger in a long time. Everything was fantastic and they brought my food right to my table. And free refills on the soda. Can't wait to go back.

I ate Undercooked chicken sandwich while pregnant so upset brought to manager, she couldn’t figure out how to do return, took my info down on a napkin and said I should dispute with credit card company. This used to be a regular stop for us on the way to visit family, I will not be back after today’s experience.

I stopped here on my way home from a business trip. I got the Double cheeseburger combo, and it was awesome. The customer service was awesome as well. I even received a free 75th anniversary collectors cup.

First… you step into a sparkling clean restaurant, then the restroom is clean, then we were greeted by an employee who took our order. She was friendly enough. She brought someone else’s order and asked us how our food was (not expected, but nice). They changed the Diet Coke without a huff. Let’s get to the food. What? The Whataburger is gone?! Oh yeah, that’s because it was so good. We had crispy onion rings with our lunch; all were very good!!! You can join there loyalty club, and even shop for Whataburger swag! We didn’t try the White Chocolate Raspberry shake; maybe next time. This Whataburger in Vicksburg is worth the stop!!!

I ordered a spicy chicken burger and the service was very slow, taking approximately 15 minutes to receive my food. Because of the excessive wait time, I requested a complimentary order of fries, which the staff graciously provided.
