Whataburger

I tried to get a quick order and go. Today wasn't that day. It took 20 minutes to get a Whataburger with cheese and a Buffalo Ranch Chicken. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take that long for chicken tenders to cook, as I was told. Anyways, it's over and I never have to step foot in that store again...

Foods always great!!! Only thing they need to improve on is getting the food out quicker as pretty consistent ly at all Whataburger's always a decent slow wait for your food hope your not in a hurry. Always clean always clean bathroom but overall a still a great place to get a burger or a yummy breakfast. Great value considering the portion size fresh and juicy.

For about the last 3 years or so, this has consistently been the slowest whataburger I have ever been to. If there's even just 1 car in the drive through line plan on a 20+ minute wait for a burger and fries. The manager of this place needs to be fired. That is all.

Went through the drive through today and had a young gentleman with pink/purple hair assist me! He has exceptional customer service skills very nice and charismatic! Food was hot and fresh. Keep up the good work

Nice service. Alex seemed like a nice guy Edit: Really was good service, but this review was solicited. I'm not changing my rating because it is what I agreed to do. A staff member came out asked if anybody in my group (college students) would be interested in a dessert if we left a five star review. Most if not all of us did, but it does make me wonder if this is common practice, especially because he was soliciting FIVE star reviews and confirming we left them.
