Whataburger

Just went through the drive through after a long day to get my husband and I dinner. The service was good and the worker was super nice, but my avocado bacon burger had maybe 1 piece of avocado on it and my husbands burger was raw in the middle! We will not be eating here anymore because I spent way too much for a meal that was raw!

This location constantly gets orders wrong. Today I ordered a Monterrey Melt and they completely left out the peppers and onions. It was just meat, cheese, and the sauce. I don't know if they were out but if they were, they didn't bother telling me they were out of the peppers, otherwise I would have ordered something else. It was terrible. A few weeks ago, I ordered the same thing but I only received one patty instead of two but luckily I caught it before I was on the road and the manager had it remade for me.

We love eating at these places, but on January 29, 2026, we were passing by and stopped to eat there, and the man taking our order was in a bad mood. For this, they should hire people with charisma to serve customers.

The two ladies I dealt with were very nice and offered great customer service ! The food good was great too!!

Stopped by for dinner following basketball games and was greeted as we walked in. Lady who took order was nice. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh & hot. I ordered the fish sandwich. Lobby was clean as well.
