Magnolia Bake Shop

Five of us went to Magnolia Bakeshop today for the first time. We walked in and were excited to look and get some good baked things. We were met with rudeness and eye rolls. It was so bad two of the five walked right back out the door and didn’t get anything. The rest of us continued to to try to give our business. Then towards the end she told us she was sick and couldn’t hear good. Maybe stay home if you are sick instead of turning away new customers who were excited to try for the first time. We definitely will never go back. 🙁

Magnolia Bake Shop has been around since 1928. Its the oldest bakery in Arkansas. I remember visiting this bakery as a child. It was always a treat. If you happened to be driving through Magnolia, stop and grab you a treat or breakfast sandwich. Be a part of history.

The rolls are so good! The fig bars are so flavorful and soft. Of course the gingerbread men, sugar cookies, dot cookies and the kokaches are amazing too! I have ordered specialty cupcakes, cookies and cakes several times and I have never been disappointed. The owners and staff are so friendly and willingly to help.

Magnolia bake shop is hands down THE BEST bakery in the South! Everything is made fresh!!! The gingerbread men are the best! The custom birthday cakes are made with buttercream icing and the cake is so moist. The breakfast is also the best! Nothing beats a warm fresh donut first thing in the morning especially in this cool weather

This bakery has the best treats ever! I can pass up any cake but when it says Magnolia Bake Shop, I can’t pass it up. I have never had anything from MBS that wasn’t good. Give them a try
