Welcome to a place where customer service is nowhere to be found. The only way to order is on a touchscreen kiosk. You can’t grab your own drink due to the drink machine being out of order this causes you to have to try to talk around a brick wall to find an employee. My order came out missing three items. The food was not hot. The ice the employee put into my drink was all the way to 1 inch from the brim of the cup. This caused me to have to go through the annoying process of finding an employee again due to a barely filled cup. The restaurant lobby is clean, but the restrooms are not. It's actually pretty clean here. I went late and there was a good bit of staff. They have a lot of customizations on their app and it actually works pretty well. The food is fine for what it is. You definitely feel better than spending a lot more at Five Guys or a bit less at another joint. But I'd still rather just make my own burger. They'll bring your order to your table here.

Seemed slow. Place was empty even though arrived during normal dinner hour of 6PM (I was the only customer in dining room and little take-away seen). Still I waited over 15 minutes for a burger and fries. Staff appeared not interested in being there. Sandwich not prepared with correct condiments as indicted on order ticket. Beef patties did taste better/fresher than most fast food burger joints.

Super friendly and hot food at 3:30 on a weekday (instead of food sitting under a warmer). Great experience! We also did a special order and got exactly what we wanted! :)

I would describe the #1, which should be their best item, as a bread salad with a side of meat. Absolutely not a hamburger.
