On our bucket list visits on holidays from Catalunya! Great cookies and loved the open concept viewing and how they made yhe cookies! Great staff!

Totally YUMMY! as I re-write this edit. Its a delicious treat for me. Its amazing and very sugar- addictive! So a few times a year, but its my one bad sugar habit!

I recently visited Crumbl Cookies and was blown away by how delicious their cookies are! Each one is fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, and I loved trying new flavors alongside some of their classic cookies. The quality and taste are truly top-notch, and it’s hard to leave without taking a box home. However, the staff experience wasn’t as sweet as the cookies. While they got my order right, they didn’t seem very welcoming or enthusiastic, and it felt a bit rushed at the counter. A little more friendliness would have made the visit perfect. Overall, the cookies are absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be back for the treats—they’re just that good! I hope the staff experience improves to match the quality of the cookies.

I visited the Crumbl in Greenville today to purchase some cookies on my way home from dinner. I must say that I was impressed with how they managed the large crowd of guests that were waiting for orders. I counted 16-19 people waiting and there were about 6 people working. Despite the constant flow of people coming in, the staff managed to consistently satisfy orders and manage the heavy flow of traffic. No one waited a long time for their order to be prepared and the crew of workers all seemed to work well together. The facility looked to be in good condition and everyone had a cheerful attitude. The most impressive part is how delicious my cookies were!

I really hate to make such a review because Crumbl is usually so amazing. However this time was horrible. I called ahead to make sure that they had a certain item on their secret menu in stock. They assured me that they had a bunch of them and not to worry about it. So I place my order on the app, and when I come to get my order a baker comes out and tells me that my order is out of stock. She tried to suggest other cookies, but this is really the only one i wanted, as i got four identical ones for my order. I told her I don’t want other cookies and to just refund my order. She said that her manager wasn’t there until 4 and couldn’t refund the order until her manager was there. What company in their right mind conducts business like this? I would expect this from Spirit Halloween with all
