Whataburger

I placed a delivery order, but this location doesn't deliver. Did anyone who works here tell me that? No. Not until I called a second or third time and had waiter forever. Um, thanks? I have never had fries so salty they burn my lips until now. The chicken strips had as much gristle as meat, the honey butter chicken biscuit was edible but definitely not good. Extremely mediocre food and unhelpful people, I would go elsewhere

I hate to do this but enough is enough. I have made a complaint in the past that is the reason for all of this. A few months back I had a bad experience with a visit to the extent I felt the need to contact Whataburger corporate complaint through their online website I believe. I came in purchased some items and when I got home I discovered the items were not what I had ordered. Called back to the store and was told by the manager on duty in so many words it was my fault for not looking in the bad before I left. The store GM reached out to me and I expressed what happened and he apologized and offered to replace the items as long as I had my receipt and I did. Always great service. Hospitable and respectful team every encounter I had. Last night I ordered the tender meal. The tenders were very very small. I went inside and asked if I could have a refund, the manager came to see the order and said yes I can. Then I changed my mind and just asked if the could make it right just by correcting the order. Elizabeth went above and beyond. She refunded my order and made the order right, and there and a brownie!!! Didn’t even expect all of that but so so appreciative. Kimberly Birdwell I believe was her name. I still say it- I love you for making things so right. Will always come back to this location.

If you want fries that are not hot and s place that routinely gets your order wrong, this is the Whataburger for you!!! You would think that 15mins of waiting in line with 2 customers in front of you, they would have enough time to get it right and fresh. Nope. Not these employees. After speaking to 2 different managers, I would think something would change. I live in wills point and will go to sulphur springs before this going here.

Friendly staff, they all know me by name and strive to have my order memorized when I come in! The management is awesome. If there is ever an issue, it is rectified immediately! The store is also kept very clean. I'm always "welcomed in" as is every customer, even though I stop in all the time.
