Pizza Hut

Not only was the staff rude but they were handing food after touching money, their phones, etc. Food poisoning is real. In the future, I'll go to another Pizza Hut in the next town over.

Not bad pizza depending on who's working, but it is hit or miss. I will say the bread sticks here are done better than any other Pizza Hut's that I have had before.

Please understand this review is totally based on the phone call ordering system . The owners should be ashamed . I called it took me longer to place the order than it would have if I had went to the store and ordered it and waited on it . The person taking my order was not even at the store was so busy trying to upsale me and didn’t get my name right after repeating it four times and when I go to get the order they didn’t know who I was I said I paid over the phone with a card they asked what I ordered and found the order . But when I placed the order she asked what store will you be picking this up at I said the one I called she said which one is that . I said are you kidding me you mean your taking an order if it’s wrong I’m gonna be pissed at then and you took the order she didn’t even

Growing up, my family would often congregate at pizza places on Christmas Eve. It's a tradition that has stuck with me, and today we visited the Pizza Hut in Emory TX. We enjoyed two personal size pizzas as well as drinks. The restaurant isn't real big but there is plenty of space to bring family and enjoy a pizza. The staff was exceptionally friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

I called to order a big dinner box and the young lady said they couldn't because of no bread sticks. I asked if they could substitute and we pay the extra or something and she was rude and started to tell me that they have all the $7 meal deals( which aren't $7) and then started to name all of them. I tried to tell her I needed the bone in wings and asked if they had any other deal with them and she was short and said no I'm sorry we don't. She definitely was not interested in helping me figure anything out to fit what I needed 😒 customer service is horrible in this place.
