We needed a Trusty Place to pick up a Quick bite. Well we got our meals! Wish they took more care in making them. Extra Extra mayo and ketchup no lettuce. One tomato. One slice of bacon. We had to just pull the Burger out of the mess and eat what we could. Probably never come back
I order breakfast here a couple times a week usually. I always get the breakfast sandwich without cheese. It’s usually good. But for some reason half the time the eggs have a green tint to them and have a rubbery texture. I reached out to whataburger on the app and they didn’t tell me why or do anything about it except give me two free meals. I just want my sandwich to be correct because it’s about the only thing I can eat for breakfast. Why are the eggs green? Why are they rubbery? Are they safe to eat? I mean I probably won’t eat them anyways. Please fix this. I don’t like the sandwich without the eggs. This happened two days in a row. And it’s definitely happened before this many times. 3 stars cause it’s super great when eggs aren’t green and *most* of the staff is great
Visited on 02/01 and Brittany was super friendly in the drive through! All smiles and made us feel welcomed. Everything was fast, fresh & hot.
Good service, friendly staff, clean restaurant. Fresh hot food. Can’t beat a Whataburger!
WE SPENT OVER $75 and this is how we got treated!!!!!!! We went to get 3 burger meals, 5 drinks, and 3 cinnamon rolls, yes it was midnight but this is no excuse for a “fast food” place to have such non-professional skills and manors. My husband and I got the burgers, they did not give us our cinnamon rolls until I (in my socks after a 14 hour shift) went inside and got onto a manager for not doing their job. I called them and told them they got the order wrong and they didn’t give us the 3 cinnamon rolls, We went through drive through, they one gave US 1 cinnamon Roll, said there ya go, then walked off from the window. Y'all get paid $12-$15 an hour to be nice people and make food!!! No fast food isn’t “easy” due to customers who are rude, but here is my thing. You’re not working a 9-5
