Opera House Coffee

The theme and the historic building are genuinely intoxicating — the kind of atmosphere that pulls you in before you even taste anything. Their coffees are exceptionally well made: bold, smooth, and never tipping into bitterness. Service was on par It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger. The staircase is everything. I found myself wishing I had a book in hand, half-hoping the room would transform and I’d suddenly be sitting there in a Victorian dress, perfectly fitting the mood. It’s cozy, cinematic, and quietly enchanting — a spot where time feels slower in the best way.

We stopped by Opera House Coffee while passing through on our way toward Texas. It’s set in a charming old building with lots of space and character. The atmosphere is relaxed and the place feels like it has real potential. The coffee was well-made, and the baristas were friendly and clearly know what they’re doing. There’s a large open area inside that could use a bit more attention in terms of layout—it currently feels more like a cafeteria than a cozy café. Even a few dividers or rearranged furniture could really enhance the comfort. Still, it’s a solid coffee stop with good energy and great people behind the counter. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and need a quality cup in a laid-back setting.

Stopped here for lunch while passing through OK. It’s super cute and clean! The sandwiches were great and the iced breve was delicious. We also grabbed a cookie and croissant to go which are both huge and look amazing! I wish we lived closer. It’s a good breakfast or lunch stop if you’re in the area.

Top notch coffee shop. Baked goods made on site. Delicious coffee sourced from California roasters. Open space large enough to have your own experience whether by yourself or with friends. Owner was really nice and even brought our drinks over to us when they could have just yelled our name out like every other shop. Small kid area with chalkboard and some toys to play with at a low table in the corner. Would recommend.

I love this place, very open and a great place to enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee and to visit with friends or clients! Or just sit back and have some you time looking out the front windows! I only have 1 pic for now of a lavendar/vanilla latte! Delicious! And the staff is very friendly, Georgia is the only name i know for now! Thank you all!
