Whataburger

This Whataburger in Colorado Springs is a gem! It’s one of the largest and nicest I’ve seen. Am from Texas so it’s a better choice than the In-N-Out across the street. Juicy, flavorful burgers cooked to perfection. Friendly staff, lightning-fast service, and a clean, welcoming vibe. Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is a must-try! Always fresh, never disappoints. Highly recommend! 😎

Wanted to treat a family member I rarely get to see to a delicious dinner tonight. Decided to skip the line and grab it curbside to save some time. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes we decide to drive around to the drive thru to see if there was an issue with the order. After getting to the drive thru board and asking about my meals' status I was rudely informed that they don't take orders to cars anymore. I didn't see any signs posted about that or issues on the mobile app, but that's okay. So we eventually move to the front of the line, only to be given cold food, no ketchup offered, drinks filled with ice (in the cold weather of fall when none is needed and was specifically requested to have NONE of). When asked for ketchup the crew member got huffy and shoved a ton of ketchup on me b

Well we visited this location while passing through the city and this was the longest wait in history. We waited 9 mins at a register that was unattended and we decided to walk out. Shortly after we were pulling off we seen someone come from the back so we came back in and placed the order @ 1834 we did not get our meal until 1900 this was the worst experience ever at any Whataburger across the country. How does it take 30 + mins for a #7 and chicken strips????

Every time I come they always forget something. With as long as we wait in the drive through you would think they could get the order correct. Last time I came it was a missing grilled cheese. I thought I'd give them another chance but nope missing a chocolate chip cookie and apple pie. There is no list to go on to get your stuff on another day because ive already made the trip home this store is more of an inconvenience than a convenience. I will not be coming back

We are visiting Colorado and we don’t have whataburger in Seattle. Ventured out in the morning and noticed that they serve breakfast, so we decided to try it. I got the biscuits and gravy and I have to say I was very impressed. The biscuit was very fresh, buttery and soft. The gravy was creamy, lots of sausage and very good flavor. They packaged the biscuit separate from the gravy which I was so appreciative of, so it didn’t get soggy on my way back to the hotel. I will definitely order again next time I come back. Also, their customer service was great, thank you!
