Whataburger

As a local guide I have eaten at many Whataburger locations. This is the worst Whataburger I have ever seen and the worst service. Take my word and do not bring your family or coworkers to this poorly run location. The owner should have his franchise pulled that is how bad this location is. The pictures show you how you destroy a customers order with a side of cold fries.

The number system was kinda all over the place 2day. A bunch of people who ordered after me received their orders before me but the staff were super polite and the place was clean. 🧽 So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

If I could give it -5 stars I would the lady working the drive threw Megan I believe was very rude talked over my husband ordering an got our order wrong an the the food we did get was cold extra salted fries (did not ask for extra salt) barely any sauce on the sweet an spicy bacon burger so much mustard it the bun was sliding off my husbands patty melt a wipser of sauce with a side of cold fries idk if they had a bad day but not a good look for whataburger at all 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered chicken strips and honey bbq chicken strip sandwich, every strip came RAW. Careless cooking and service, getting paid the bare minimum and can’t do the bare minimum. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location either , a bunch of kids and elderly people that have no idea how to run a store. Whoever is head manager of this whataburger needs to do some serious evaluation of their crew before someone gets sick.

This place is definitely getting better. The new manager is doing a great job. You can tell the staff are work together and getting this location turned around. The food was hot and delicious with not a long wait either. Keep up the good work
