Whata Taco Authentic Mexican Food

Upon walking in, place was clean. I ordered the quedabirria dinner + 1 extra, cus I’m big back. Got the horchata to go with it. The consomé was fire, tacos were heavily filled, cheese still melting, rice tasty, no fat from the meat. Man o man that food was good. I was worried cus of the negative reviews but I’m so glad I tried it. Guys trust me I’m Latina, I know tacos lol these were FIRE! Oh and the customer service was pleasant. Food came out in 5 mins. 😊 Il be back but this time for MORE

EVERYTHING about this place was amazing! Customer service was very personable. Spoke english, helpful with food choice. You can tell they make everything fresh. The flavors were on point! We ordered chicken and shrimp fijatis, steak tacos on corn, beans and rice. Out of all the places we have ever been, I will drive the 25 mins over and over again for more Whata tacos! We enjoyed that the owner came to our table and talked with us for a few moments. Very nice inside. 10 out of 10!

The food was good. I had the 2 steak Gorditas meal that came with rice and beans, they were really flavorful. The steak on the steak fries was a bit tough which is standard with it being skirt steak.

I decided to get a burrito here a few days ago. I ordered a beef burrito and it was awful for lack of a better word. It was very dry and completely tasteless. I also ordered a side of Pico de gallo and it was sour. I was so disappointed. A complete waste of time and gas.I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! Don’t even get me started on the young dumb cashier. Oh let me not forget that my order was messed up. This place needs to be closed down ASAP!!!!

I had the steak taco dinner, and it was really good! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I don’t understand why some people left bad feedback. My meal was delicious, and the service was great. Definitely worth trying!
