Baby's Cheesesteak & Lemonade

I used to love Baby’s Cheesesteak & Lemonade, but after my most recent visit, I honestly don’t know what happened to this place. I ordered a crispy Philly cheesesteak, and what I got was the complete opposite. The sandwich was soggy, mushy, and falling apart — more like baby food than an actual cheesesteak. There was zero crisp, zero texture, and zero care put into it. The bread was soaked, the meat was soft and lifeless, and the whole thing felt like it had been sitting around instead of being made fresh. I understand the name is “Baby’s,” but that doesn’t mean the food should have the consistency of something served out of a jar. Just went and bought a three-piece catfish and chicken combo ask for to be fried heart. The fish was soft wasn’t even fried hard. I asked for salt and pepper on it. Get it back and it has lemon pepper on it. The chicken taste old like it’s been sitting out for a while. I’m very disappointed, especially for the price that I paid.

My first time here! Drive thru is pretty quick and the menu is big. I was surprised at how thick the burger bun is, seems high quality. Burger itself was delicious!! So happy you guys give a good amount of fries, crispy and not soggy at all. Overall, tasty food for a great price. Would recommend to anyone local! I want to come back and try out many new things

Was on hold for 13 minutes until I got to the restaurant just to order when I got there. Understand that business could be busy but for 13 minutes is not good for business and could have lost my service. Need to have someone dedicated for calls and ringing customers out when necessary during busy hours. Thanks.

Woman at the front desk has good customer service. But food is awful and they won’t remake anything and claim to fix it ex if they forgot cheese by giving you a cold piece of cheese and telling you it’s going to melt
