Wetzel's Pretzels

So this location is near Medieval Time. Yesterday there were two young men working around 5:00 p.m. and they gave the best customer service. The ladies that was fixing the food was the worst. These group of ladies kept looking at the guys and talking about them behind their back. You can tell that these guys are young and they were doing the best they can. I just want to give a shout out for the excellent customer service and patient. The group of ladies that was fixing the pretzels was truly horrible people

This is crazy. How the mall open at 10am and everything in the mall opens but the Wetzel Pretzel by Primark. Then told it opens at 11.. okay. Now when went back at 11:20am , told that I can’t be served because there’s no cashier AT 11:20!!! but there are workers right behind the counter and you’re telling me that no one can or know how to work the register! Crazy! The lady was also very rude about it. Wetzel pretzels has to do better or employe better people or I can see this going down. Won’t suggest this spot at Arundel mills mall!

Just was walking around and decided we wanted a pretzel. The guy who helped us was amazing! Tall with glasses. My friend was overwhelmed and he was very quick to comfort. Very very nice man

The staff are very nice and friendly. Their Cinnamon Pretzels & Wetzel Dogs are the best!

The pretzels are so much better than Annie's. On cold weekdays, Dave will pass out coupons for 40% off so you can get yourself a nice treat while you shop! He's very nice and friendly!
