West Orange Bake Shop

Went this bake shop. Not expecting anything but the taste and the variety of baked goods is awesome. I would suggest and I'm definitely coming back again and again. The owners are so sweet and nice they make you feel welcome.

Terrible customer service. We ordered cookies for an event at our school. Unfortunately, the receipt was misplaced, and trying to get a duplicate was really bad. I went in person, and the owner was so rude. Granted, our order was a small one, but we need to show receipts for any orders we place under the school's credit card. It's a shame because we have not been able to find a kosher vendor, and we thought we had one for future use, but I would never step back into that store. There is no reason to treat people poorly.

We buy many cakes multiple times , delicious! The staff very friendly. They always give a cookie to my daughter Challah Pretzel is so good. Highly recommended

I have purchased challah and danish from this bakery previously. It was satisfactory but nothing memorable. Their recent decision NOT to bake a 'rainbow cake in opposition to Pride Month defines their limited view of who deserves to engage in business with them. I will NOT return to this bake shop and I encourage other compassionate people to follow my lead.
