Its fast food so you know what to expect. The food was good, service was good. Restaurant appeared clean. Was a little taken aback that all the male employees with beards & long hair had no beard covers or hair nets.

I placed an order today, and the cashier was friendly and polite — great customer service at the counter. However, my order wasn’t correct, and the drink quality was disappointing. One of the strawberry lemonades tasted off, almost fermented, like the drink machine’s filters might need cleaning. In addition, one of the combo meals was missing vegetables on the burger (only had pickles). Overall, the food was decent at best, but the experience could be improved with better quality control and attention to drink maintenance.

I spent $13 dollars for old burger and old fries. When I asked for Honey Mustard, because I don't eat ketchup, I was charged $1. If I am going to be charged for dipping sauce at least make fresh food.

Ordered online for pickup around 830 a few nights ago, when I got it, my nuggets were either old or burnt, & my husband ordered jbc, but received just a jr cheeseburger.. and we got the new strawberry swirl frostys, bc I had tried the brownie batter one at another wendys, but these just had strawberry topping on the bottom of the cup lol.. it just wasn't my best wendys experience. Photo is 10 minutes after we got the food, as soon as we got home..

The food was cold and old!! The fries taste like they been cooked forever and the cheese on them barely even covered a corner of fries. The burger had very old patties and just did not taste good at all.
