Wendy's

The least that can be done is the person taking orders understand what is being said. I dont understand how a bacon cheese burger turned to a baconator. Paid for something I didnt reciece and was charged for a item that was more that what I ordered.

Always have such a great experience at this wendys! The crew always gives out hot food and a special shout out to Brooke! She is always so sweet and kind and happy to help which is super rare to find in a drive thru restaurant! Thank you all for your amazing, hard work!

This is the best Wendy's we have ever been to. Food is always hot and fresh and the employees are top notch, always nice and helpful. We have only had 2 mix ups in all the times we've been here and they were taken care of no questions asked. Keep up the good work!

2/21/26 Waite park, MN. I waited 20 minutes, stuck in the drive through, no one took my order, this is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The entire staff should be given the opportunity to find employment elsewhere! Worst service ever! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS WENDYS!

I'm outside standing in the freezing cold because they are short staffed and close the lobby and only take drive thru orders but they still take done in orders in the app, so I stand outside freezing while everyone in vehicles is served before me due "drive thru times", absolutely horrible way to conduct business. They also discontinued breakfast at this location. Multiple reasons why I'm leaving 1 star today. I'm extremely upset.
