Wendy's

Food was cold. Chicken nuggets, fries, and hamburger. And this is how they put it in the bag and hand it to you. Ended up having to throw away my food. Tried a variety of the fountain drinks and they kept on saying unavailable, unavailable, unavailable as seen in the pictures. How to keep on tapping the fountain drink board repeatedly almost to the point of having to beat it so it would respond. Unsweet Tea was the only drink that was drinkable. This place is pitiful. I don't know if I ever want to come back to this particular Wendy's. Only good thing is the atmosphere Been to other Wendy's and never have such horrible food and drink.

They always make you pull up and wait a really long time in the pickup line. The orders are often wrong I just had to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes for chicken fingers and a burger.

The cashier taking my order was rude to my 6 yr old great grandson, making a comment that was not nice. A worker sitting by whose shift had ended, spoke up saying that the cashier was being rude and told him so. He didn't say anything further. That's my last trip to Wendy's in Swainsboro. Surely, Wendys teaches their cashiers not to make personal comments about customers to their face in front of others. This happened today 1-28-2026 at about 3:30. The lady sitting by was very nice and told my great grandson not to ever allow anyone to put him down like that. I talked to my great grandson about for several minutes to ask if he knew what she meant and about what had been said to him by the cashier.

I ordered a taco salad. When I got to the window they give me my stuff. I asked him about chips. He said it in the bag. I got home, no bag, no chips, no sour cream and the less lettuce was welded I call an the sorry excuse we no longer have chips but why it be on the menu

I’m a nurse near this Wendy’s located at 418 South Main st, Swainsboro, GA, 30401. I don’t mean any harm but this is the final time me or my family will be eating here. Every single time we come here we make a bet on what they will mess up on our meal. Things are always missing, food not fully cooked, customer service is awful, charged us for things we didn’t get, give us someone else’s food, etc etc. Literally 28 times out of the 30 I’ve been there it’s been nothing but awful. Tonight 1-17-22 I rushed to Wendy’s on my lunch break to get a salad. I was eating it while I was driving back to work. I instantly started feeling sick with an upset stomach. Once I got to work I looked at what was left of my salad and notice the meat wasn’t even cooked. This is ridiculous! HORRIBLE!
