Edenfield House

The Edenfield House was the perfect place for me and my newly betrothed to celebrate our mini-honeymoon! April and David are a down-to-earth couple who love sharing a piece of their lives with the guests. Their hospitality was so warm and welcoming that it made our stay feel right at home. The quiet and quaint atmosphere gave us a peace that we are sure to remember for years to come. April doesn't only make a delicious breakfast, but also makes homemade body butters, beef tallow, and soaps that I couldn't stay away from as well! They smell delicious and leave my skin feeling as soft as a babies bottom! We both have deemed this bed and breakfast spot as our home away from home.

April is an excellent host! We had a great experience during our long weekend at the Edenfield House. This beautiful old home is furnished and decorated wonderfully and is maintained and cleaned perfectly. Our breakfasts were excellent and we were very pleased to learn that their most recent two health inspections resulted in perfect “100”scores! We already made arrangements for our next stay. Did I mention that April is an excellent host…

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming historic bed and breakfast. The home is beautifully preserved, full of character, and impeccably maintained. Every space felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host —David was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and just the right size portions. We would happily return and highly recommend this special place.

The Edenfield is my best kept secret! 🤐 I’ve been really hesitant to post a review because I want to make sure that there is availability when I need to stay. lol. I can’t continue to be selfish. Seriously, this is THE place to stay in Swainsboro! Days Inn has roaches 🪳 and is loud. I didn’t stay at the other hotel in the area, but haven’t heard good things. From the moment I booked my reservation, I knew I picked the right place. April & David were so welcoming. The room was clean. No roach in site (and I stay weekly for work.) The sheets are AMAZING! It’s quiet. Perfect for business or relaxation. Bathrooms in every room. Spacious rooms. Let me tell you my favorite part. . .BREAKFAST!! OMG Breakfast is OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS!! Homemade pancakes, locally sourced bacon, and the eggs. . .I

This is my third stay in Edenfield House and I have future stays already booked. April and David are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to accommodate in every way. Besides an absolutely beautiful property, the breakfast is lovely. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a very homelike feel. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
