I jist came through your drive thru, ordered the chicken sandwich combo, order number 3172 to only get home and open my bag and received a cheeseburger. Thats NOT what I paid for. Then when I try to call you, there is no telephone number to reach anyone, hence the one star rating. Plus, I asked for a BBQ and honey mustard and had to be charged an extra dollar for two condiments and didnt even get any ketchup for my fries.

The food is exemplary of wendies standards. I just recently went to their drive through for the first time and they staff was all incredibly personable. I will most definitely be a regular customer if not for the food than for the atmosphere alone.

I’ve been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after 5 horrible experiences at this location I’m done. They always mess something up on every order, whether it’s missing items or just cooked poorly. The service is always rude or indifferent whenever you politely ask for help. And the wait times for drive through, mobile, and in-person orders are always long, 15-20 minutes sometimes. Most recently we were told that the wait was due to cooking our fries fresh and then we received cold, stale fries. Will not be back until management or staff changes.

Really enjoyed the service. Ordered Dave's Double hamburger and chili cheese fries. Both made to perfection. The atmosphere was pleasant and the customer service was spot on.

Somehow brand new yet somehow the worst Wendy’s experience in town. Went through the drive through today at 2:11 ticket 3113. I’m not sure who designed that curb in the drive through but you can already see it’s been jumped multiple times. As it doesn’t fit a vehicle well at all. Ordered two meals and was rushed the entire time by the cashier Mari. There was no one in front of me and no one behind me. Yet all she could ask was if I was done ordering. Even before I was done she just gave me my total and told me to pull around. So I just did as it seemed like a problem I was ordering lol. Then she is rude at the window and could not be bothered to hand me anything. Also is serving me my food with just an open wound on her arm completely exposed can not imagine that’s sanitary at all.
