Wendy's

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've gone to in my entire life! I ordered something on their app. Then I get there to be told coldly that they don't have the item. Do you want something else? No, please, can I get my money back? Talking inside about this. Then the girl who could barely breathe, like she hated being there, blows me off. Now, a man came over. He says the same thing. I said I want my money back... Now I'm punished to pulling ahead to wait more. After waiting, a man comes out to give me my food. But without my item, and with an attitude that he, too, couldn't care less. No friendly people at all. Total shot show. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have one close to me that's excellent. Friendly people who talk to you. This store is a disgrace! Stay away unles

So disappointed to many time got my order wrong plus Stuff very unprofessional rude and when I ask for side of source for my burger meal she said I put ketchup on your bag if you didn’t order chicken nuggets you have to pay for side source and she said it with an attitude plus when I got home she didn’t even put ketchup. Never coming to this place ever again. Center Moriches Wendy’s is five minutes away they are professional and kind and when you ask for side sauce they always give you two.

The person who was working at the drive thru was so rude. Not once did she say hello, tell me the price of the food or say thank you and goodbye! Not one word!! She should not be working with customers with her rude attitude

The staff is always so rude. They take forever. I recommend going to moriches if you want wendys

the only reason i’m giving a bad review is because the blonde women whose the manager here is an absolute beast. she’s nasty and down right mean to all her employees. watching her talk down and belittling them even in front of customers makes me never want to go back.
