Wings Airport Grill

This is our favorite breakfast spot every time we visit LI, the portions are huge and the service is great. The menu offers staples for breakfast and lunch while the specials are creative and delicious. Seating inside is a little limited so we sat at the bar where we got complimentary coffee cake donuts. there’s a lot of outdoor seating out on the grass along with a few yard games. The decor is vintage and fun. All in all you can’t go wrong having a meal here

Stumbled upon this great find for a late lunch while my husband was taking a short plane ride. All types of comfort food were available with great service and at a great value for the price. Interesting aviation-related decor with indoor (including a counter!) and outdoor seating.

Prices are really affordable and the overall atmosphere is really cool for a diner. You really get that family diner feel and it feels like you found a hidden gem somewhere. It is located on a private air strip so you get to see planes coming and going. From a family standpoint, everyone is friendly and the owner actually spent time at our table giving up travel tips that our family could do without breaking the bank. All the food was good and there is free parking. They had live music playing outside and it was an overall great experience. You get a good bit of food for the menu and if you get the pancakes you will definitely be full. Whenever we comeback to Long Island we will definitely comeback.

Great spot for a diner style breakfast. The real shining star here is the staff and how they treat you. They make sure you feel welcome, make sure you're getting the food you want and are enjoying it. If you get a chance, definitely check it out

Such a great hidden gem. Very exciting to come here in the warm weather and sit outside and watch the planes take off and the skydivers parachute down. They also have had live music the past two times I’ve been which really adds to the atmosphere of the place. Got a short stack of chocolate chip pancakes and my mom got eggs and toast. Very generous portions here and the prices aren’t bad. Definitely reccomend this place!
