Wendy's

Food is generally good and warm, people are nice, but they shouldn't be called fast food. I've spent whole half hour breaks trying to just get a basic meal in the drive thru. Not sure if its a staffing issue or what. Go to the McDonalds nearby if you're on a time crunch.

Good food. I dislike you dontbget served or greeted when you walk up to the counter anymore. Drive thru and mobile are prioritized above walkups. Not just here but all fast food.

This Wendy's has turned around from a not so great location to the best fast food restaurant I have ever visited! Food is now always hot and fresh, and service has been excellent with friendly workers and fast service. They've got the dream team working at this restaurant and they deserve a raise!

My issue on this restaurant is that EVERYTIME we have been there it is filthy. There was only 1 table eating in besides us. Floors were all sticky around the ehole pop machine area and wet. Fall hazard and gross. Counters were slopped up by silverware. Floor was dirty and almost every table was dirty because no one had wiped them off. Staff was NOT busy and should have had this alll taken care of. Bathrooms were also gross. Hate to see what the kitchen looks like. The manager should be popping in on every shift unannounced to see what is going on to say the least, or should I say what is NOT going on. Not a one time occurrence. Food was only warm, not hot also.

I am leaving a review simply to highlight the 5/5 A+ customer service I was given by the manager, Andy, and really everyone working on 7/18/2025. The quality of our food was way below average so we called and spoke to Andy and he offered us a solution as well as a time frame in which he could help us. I drove back and not only was he apologetic, but he was quick with a resolution and I was provided fresh, hot food that met the expectations we had. Thank you Andy and staff for the outstanding customer service!
