Enchanted Oven

Ordered cupcakes that were to be designed as the number 2 with a Bluey theme but what we received was half done compared to the picture that was agreed upon. 12 of the cupcakes had pink frosting with heart sprinkles that want even close to Bluey colors. On top of all that my order was 4.5 hours late and they blame it on an improper phone number that was corrected 15mins before original pick up time. Amber decided to deliver it and stack all the cupcakes on one box crushing decorations. When contacted Amber said she thought the cake was close enough and that it’s standard to make strawberry cupcakes with pink frosting. After saying I disagreed Amber decided to hang up instead of fixing anything or discussing it. I never asked for a full refund when I called to talk I simply said I’d like to

I am so impressed with everything I have ordered from Enchanted Oven. Cupcakes, pies, cakes, cookies...they have it all!! Amber is very, very easy to communicate with and makes sure to listen to any requests you have. The peanut butter cupcakes have a special place in my heart but I honestly LOVE anything that comes out of this bakery.

The Enchanted Oven went above and beyond for our wedding day! From the beginning taste testing & planning stages, to day of delivery and set up, we could not have asked for everything to go more perfect. We chose to do a smaller cake, with a table full of a variety of additional desserts and everything was amazing. Our guests raved about not only how great the desserts tasted, but how beautiful the set up was. They were gone very quick! We recommend Enchanted Oven to anyone who asks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had never ordered from Enchanted Oven but took a chance based on all the great reviews and was so, so happy I did. I customized a signature cake on the website and asked for 18 assorted cupcakes for my sons 2nd birthday. All of my guests raved about the European buttercream and quality of the cake itself. Additionally, they went above and beyond to make sure my order was completely safe while there were undergoing renovations AND dealing with power loss from the major storm. My order was ready and taken care of immediately. Will absolutely be coming back and cannot recommend enough! (FYI: We added the cake toppers)

What a gem! Enchanted Oven did an amazing job with our floral baby shower cupcakes! The owner was great to work with, delivery was careful and on time, and the cupcakes were perfect! Delicious and beautiful! Highly recommend
