Wendy's

These guys have gotten better, by far, over the last few months. I usually come during the night shift and I'll tell you what, those guys are seriously striving for happy customers they're always friendly and happy to help. My nuggets are always piping hot and super fresh. Night shift at this place is awesome!

I pretty much never write negative reviews like this, but this did rub me the wrong way. I'm on a soft food diet at the moment and figured Wendy's chili was probably the only fast food I could eat. I was in a bit of a rush so I figured I'd pop in to Wendy's. Typically I go through the drive through, but since I had to use the restroom, I figured the dining room would be faster. And I sure was wrong. I stood there for probably 5 minutes or so with nobody acknowledging me. Someone walked up to toward the POS, and I walked forward to finally order, only to be told they had drive through orders they needed to work on. Like 5 or 6 people back there and nobody could take one second to take my order? I waited at least 5 more minutes, probably closer to 10, with no more acknowledgement. Ultimatel

Drive through employee at 12:40 pm March 6 was rude and hurrying me as I was trying to put my money away. My hamburger was ketchup and mayo only but there was still lettuce on it and in the wrapper like they just wiped it off. It had literally about 3 tablespoons of mayo and ketchup. The fries tasted like old grease and they were cold already. No no nope. People wonder why we all started bringing home lunch to work its not just the money it's the service, product, gas and the money That's wasted. Who can afford that these days.

We thought we would try Wendy's breakfast for the first time. it was a bad idea the sausage was burnt cheese was not melted everything was cold and tasted like they were setting on the counter for hours. I regret it.

Worst Wendy’s ever. I’ve been here like 10 times and each time they manage to just give me a wrong order or missing items. some night shift employees are really not in the mood be working I guess and gets mad if u get a “Big” order (2 meals with some extras) Wendy’s needs to train better their crew or just get a new crew that knows how to work in costumer service.
