Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

Felt like I should leave a review. The cashier girl was very friendly but there was one lady preparing the food that was extremely rude. No smile or greeting and seemed like she hated her life while talking to people. I couldn’t even get a sentence out before she cut me off. No way to greet people when first walking in. Disappointed.

Always good! Growing up in Utah, I moved out of state where there’s no Costa Vida, so I’ve made it a tradition to eat here every time I come visit.

Update 2: Management did not fulfill their offer to make things right. He told us that he would compensate us four free entrees for our trouble and it took 3 weeks and then he didn’t even deliver what was promised. I would have been okay with an apology and a promise to provide better training to his people. But for him to offer that to us and then not deliver after I changed my review? Seems scummy and crooked. Update: We have since been privately contacted by management who has gone above and beyond to take our concerns seriously and make this right. This is my favorite Costa vida location. I will drive out of my way to come to this location. No matter the time of day the service here is amazing. The crew member are always talking and smiling when I go in. They all seem to work well together. They are very efficient and it's the only location where i feel like they get the portions correct and arent skimpy.
