I had the new chicken tenders two weeks ago. They were fantastic. I have told everybody how great they were. I went there tonight to get some when I got home. They were so hard and so dry and so overcooked, but I was not even able to eat them when I tried to call the store. There was no answer. I tried several times there still was no answer. I was not in any position to be able to take them back. Needless to say I’m now I’m gonna have to go back and reiterate what I’ve told everybody. At least tell them to go to a different store what a disappointment.

Doordashing in the snow and you have 4+ employees and I was told you are understaffed and that’s why my dash order of nuggets and fries is delayed. At this point over 5 minutes past the time. I am the only customer in the store and drive through had no cars when I got here. Employees are nice but lacking quickness and service.

Very pleasant staff and friendly, everything was fresh and hot. My overall wait time in drive through was about 5 minutes. My food wasn’t just thrown together,

This Wendy's has got to be the worst one I have ever been to. Every order somehow manages to outdo the last as far as a failure to maintain a standard for the product sold. Low effort, wrong orders, half-baked attempts at the menu items is the norm here. The manager and staff also attempt upcharges on different items unless you call them out on their posted menu prices on their screens at the store. Avoid. The baconator came with the tiniest hint of ketchup and barely any mayo making it drier than ever. The "saucy nuggz" came sauceless when I told them no ranch or blue cheese. The double mushroom cheeseburger came as a single. And those are just a few of their mistakes in my ordering history with them. Abominable.

The new chicken tenders are amazing. I also love the sweet chili dipping sauces. The staff at the drive thru window was courteous and efficient. Limited wait. All good!
