I ordered three 4piece chicken nuggets, two of the "4 pieces" came with only 2 nuggets, the other came with only 3. And this is how they filled their flat sodas.

I love Wendy's and I have come to this exact location many, many times throughout my life. they had 20 employees there. The manager had no control over anything, and although he certainly could control this issue he did not. My husband & I were ordering just took over 20 minutes for them to make the two drinks and serve to us, never mind the 10 minutes waiting just to order because there is only one cashier. Who instead of taking care of customers at the counter was running around making bags for the drive through and by the time we put our order in there were over 20 people behind us. Ordered an asiago chicken sandwich on my lunch break, waited over 45 mins for my food and when I went to open my chicken sandwich it was actually a burger instead, I was not too happy and they made me late to get back to work from the long wait, I won't be eating there again anytime soon

Went in to try the new chicken Tendys, but I found them to be a bit too expensive. I ended up ordering a different meal. Food was hot, tasty and service was fast. I hated the AI when ordering tho.

I put my order in well over 30 minutes in advance, ask for a drive-through pick up, when we got there, we saw the drive-through was packed. So we sent somebody in to pick it up so that we wouldn’t be adding to the chaos. When she got in there, they told her that they hadn’t even started the order yet And we had to wait there for well over 20 minutes for them to finish our food.
