I had an awful experience with one of the staff members here. All I asked was when my order would be ready, and instead of a simple response, she got extremely frustrated and went off about being the only person cooking, telling me her whole story. It was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! She the only black lady that worked upfront and I really don’t understand why she had to react that way.
Fries were hot and crisp. Fish sandwich was a nice alternative to a burger.
I love this new Wendy's at the Philadelphia Premium Outlet! So happy to have a new option in the food court, and the food is always fast and fresh! Bonus: Mall employees get 10% off!
I ordered chicken nuggets and this is what I get a whole feather gross. Wendy’s in Pottstown, Pa
Horrible Wendy's location. We ordered door dash and they only sent our drinks from the combos we ordered than I tried calling this location and their phone is turned off.
