This business deserves more than just 5 stars. Show up earlier than your appt time and they will have you taken care off and out in a jiffy. I think i spent more time writing this review than i did in a dock to load 😅😅 Right off the bat, I'm glad I took the liberty of driving here before the morning rush..it gave me time and clarity to be able to get in with ease. Since there weren't any directions and VERY few updates for truckers, I figured id take the honor and privilege to help out my future 53' trailer buddies. It doesnt matter which way you decide to come, us-422 is your best bet getting here. 1) Take the Hanover exit (yes, it puts you directly into a residential area), and make a right turn. 2) keep the lane youre in, since both right lanes you'll hit MUST turn right. Never turn right on union street,you will be nowhere than to back up to the main road(E High street). Please turn right on “S Adams St”. And turn left on queen street and back up straight to the dock from Queen street. They are helpful and friendly. I have a nightmare here when I turn right on union street.🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
