They do not open until 10am. Store needs to change their store hours on Google and with the Doordash app. I've informed employees multiple times and no change. The District & Regional manager must be slacking terribly.

Took 24 minutes for two burgers after I got the food and it was wrong I said no pickles no ketchup worst Wednesdays I have ever been to

The people that work here are not friendly. My coworkers and I have come here separately on different occasions and have never had a good experience. I ordered on the app and came to pick up my food. I upgraded my fries to be a medium but they gave me a small with about 10 fries in the container. Not only did I pay for the food I didn’t get, I also have to take insulin for everything I intend to eat which I did while waiting in line. The lady was rude when I came back and walked inside to get what I paid for. Just double check your food before you leave and don’t expect anyone to be nice and you’ll be okay. :)

Disgusting food. It was all cold, burgers were actually cold to the touch as were the fries. The bottom bun on one sandwich was so hard you couldn't chew it. The nuggets were hard and dry. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was so nasty

I love this place because everyone works really well together to get the orders out. They all are very nice and even when it's super busy, they handle it like pro's. I love the Frosty's, they are my favorite.
